The warmth of the welcoming and friendliness of local people, makes me drop my shoulders and just go mmmmmm. Their bright big smiles and relaxed, laid back, happy go lucky nature makes tourist’s feel at home in Fiji.

(1) Kava Ceremony …
This is one Fijian experience that should not be missed. Kava, “grog” as the locals call it comes from the kava plant and has a taste all of its own-you will notice a numbing effect but remember don’t overindulge 🙂

The best way to experience the Fijian Tradition is.. Eating, food that is wrapped in banana leaves and cooked for hours over hot stones, covered with earth. Healthy and fresh.
