EBook – How to Travel Safe, Travel Solo, Travel Smart

Here is what I have learned in my years of life experience and from studying Neuro-Linguistic programming.

The FEAR of “being alone” comes from your conditioning. Negative emotions from the past have become your state and beliefs.

The need for “Me time” comes from you neglecting “Yourself” over the years. You are burnt out from years and years of putting everything before you.

The need to please everyone is called being in “your comfort zone.” Have to do everything for my parent, for my husband, for my children, for me friends…etc., etc. What about doing something for yourself?

Give yourself – time and love. The true happiness comes from within you. The true love comes from within you. The real freedom comes from within you. When everything comes from within you then WHY we humans spend years chasing love, happiness, and freedom outside of us???

I want to share my passion with you, and I hope this will inspire you and encourage you to Travel Solo at least once a year. I believe traveling empowers you to go through life with better focus. The word Solo / alone does not mean it is only for single people – it just means doing things that you love, for yourself, by yourself without compromise, without conditions and without anyone telling you what you can and can not do.

This is called SELF LOVE – this comes from a place of love and gratitude.
This is not SELFISH – selfishness comes from a place of fear and hurt.
