Singapore

Singapore, estimated 9 hours flight time from New Zealand and Australia, give or take 5 hours from all Asian countries and 14 hours from Europe, makes this city one of the busiest and popular stop over’s for most travelers.

Singapore, sitting so close to the equator, offers warm temperature all year around. You will find Singapore very safe and very clean.

Singapore is like the Paris of Asia, the city comes alive at night. Things are very expensive in Singapore, especially when 1 Australian dollar only buys 96 cents Singapore. Have you heard the saying, “money does not buy happiness”…… well here in Singapore, it will prove this saying wrong! Singapore is a rich man’s playground and poor man’s nightmare.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”auto” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column][vc_column_text]

YOU CAN NOT LEAVE SINGAPORE WITH OUT VISITING THESE PLACES………

Gardens by the bay

The garden by the bay will take your breath away. This garden is actually sitting on 101 hectares of reclaimed land on the Marina reservoir.  The Park is so beautifully designed, you will find here that modern architecture and nature come together so beautifully like lyrics and melody …..
Super-sized man-made trees – some stand tall about 16 stories and are joined together with a bridge / suspended walkway that allows you to admire the view from the top. You must visit the Gardens by the bay at night, the choreographed lights and sounds is a must see…[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”3381″ size=”tnail-1×1-small” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”small” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

Marina Bay

Enjoy the day appreciating the outdoor art sculptures. Local famous artist, Han Sai Por has done Singapore proud with this unique creative vision. Singapore’s national icon, Merlion is found at Marina Bay, The head of a lion and the body of a fish, symbolizes the history of Singapore from the days when Singapore was known as Temasek (meaning sea town), back then Singapore was a little fishing village. The original name Singapura means “Lion City” in Malay. This magnificent statue stands 8.6 meters high and spouts water from its mouth. It is a must see when visiting Singapore[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”3705″ size=”tnail-1×1-small” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”small” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

Sentosa Island

The thrill seekers paradise, Ride the roller coaster or any other themed attraction rides at Universal Studio, head down to the Sea Breeze Waterpark, choose your thrill from Jetpack flights to the banana boat ride, this will get your heart pumping and blood rushing. For less daring, try the Skyline Luge or Mega Zipline at the Adventure park, and for more laid back, relaxed activities head over to the Underwater world and enjoy the amazing Dolphin show. My favorite was the amazing production of Crane dance, A love story told by a mechanical and musical production with lights. The show is performed every night, it is a must see.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”3733″ size=”tnail-1×1-small” align=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”small” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

China Town

Chinese been 74% of the population of Singapore makes China town a very busy and a must visit a place. In Sago Lane you will find a statue of a laughing Buddha, the locals believe if you rub the tummy of this golden statue, you will never go hungry – go ahead give that tummy a big rub.Head over to the Thien Hock Keng Temple, this is the oldest temple in Singapore. After your visit to the Temple head over to Smith street and try some Street food, The local specialty is Chilli Crab & Chicken Satay, wash it down with Tiger beer and you will feel almost like a local. Now even though this is street food, not everything here is cheap, make sure you shop around. Must do the walking tour of China Town, the best way to learn the history and culture.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”3734″ size=”tnail-1×1-small” align=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”small” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

Orchard Road

This street stole my heart, shops, and more shops, I wasn’t sure where I should start from, Shop in style and in air condition, from clothes to handbags to shoes, any label you want, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Burberry…. you name it, they have it and any style you want, after you are done spoiling yourself, why not get some gifts for family and friends, take time to relax over coffee or yummy dim sum, Enjoy the amazing street vibe of Singapore Shopping, Some might say a woman’s dream come true, some might say this is paradise.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”3709″ size=”tnail-1×1-small” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”small” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

Night Harbour Cruise

This is a must do, Watch the sunset and the Singapore harbor come alive, I have not experienced anything like this, its a feeling of letting your hair down after a hard days work, well in my case hard days shopping hehe. The cruise offers complimentary commentary in English. Seeing everything from the water gives it a different perspective, I could not stop clicking my camera. If you time it right you can watch the light show at the marina bay from the water. This show is performed twice every night[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”3703″ size=”tnail-1×1-small” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”small” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

Little India

As you walk into this amazing vibrant area, your senses sure do come to life. The multi-colored shops full of beautiful sari’s and gold jewelry, little stalls with flowers for offering at the local temple, the pungent and aromatic smells from the cafes and restaurants make you feel hungry. It is very easy to get to Little India, the local buses run regularly and for $1.60SGD you can not really complain, now can you? A must visit while in Little India is the old Indian Temple in Singapore, “Sir Mariamma Temple”. Straight opposite the temple, on the corner sits the most amazing and cheap Vegetarian Indian cafe, you must try the masala tea and masala dosa, for around $8 you will be in food heaven.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”3710″ size=”tnail-1×1-small” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”auto” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column][vc_column_text]
