One of my favorite pass times is people watching, this teaches you so much about the human race, how we behave, how we interact, how we deal with different emotions and most of all how we change with time.

On this beautiful Autumn morning in Seville, I am sitting in a little cafe on the side street with a nice hot chocolate and Churros….. the texture of this hot chocolate is not like a hot chocolate drink we get at home, it’s more like a melted chocolate we dip Churros in except here people use it for dipping their Churros and drink the left over. And if you are not a chocolate person you can get coffee and Churros and do exactly the same. That’s right dip your Churros in the coffee.[/vc_column_text][us_single_image image=”4239″ align=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row height=”auto” seperator_indeed_locker=”” lk_t=”ism_template_1″ lk_io=”default” lk_dm=”0″ lk_thm=”0″ lk_tuo=”0″ ru_on=”0″ uhc_on=”0″ ur_on=”0″ ref_on=”0″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Here I am sitting in this magnificent cafe, looking around, this is what I see. Sitting at the table next to me is a lovely young couple eating their breakfast like it is a race, while there racing through this amazing Spanish breakfast they are on their phones. The table next to that is occupied by four women in there late 30’s. The waiter delivers the food and all four of them start taking photos of the food, rearranging the food, adding flowers, cups, glasses etc to make the photo look nice, in the meantime the food has gone cold, what impressed me even more …. instead of enjoying the food they had to get on social media while there are eating. I take my churros, the hot buttery feel between my fingers are telling me this is going to be divine and after I dip it in that hot chocolate, I can not believe the way it all melts in my mouth. The feel of that chocolate sitting on my tongue waiting for me to enjoy all that its made off, tastes so good, but possibly bad for my hips …. haha. Here is the thing, all these people in the cafe had the same idea as me, they all came out to enjoy a Traditional Spanish breakfast in historical Seville. This Experience they will remember for years to come, yet I did not notice one person actually having the experience that I just had. Capture the moment with all your senses first then take photo’s I say………. 🙂
